If two of them can overcome all of the problems that they are faced , all we know that these problems can be crucial for our relaitonships, they decide to make their relationships into a legal perspective that is marriage.
Is it necessarry? I don't know but absolutely these little signatures creates deep changes in the lifes of people. It is the beginning of the road of being a family whose all of the members are supported each other in each cases in bad days or good days like it is said in the oath of marriage especially in religous marriages in Christianity..
You're right those little signatures changes a person's life dramatically. Also this is not just about being together in bad days or good days. There are huge legal outcomes such as assigning a job, legacy issues, common property...

The thing you wrote about signatures which create deep changes is not totally true because I think you skipped the ones who do not need papers or pens to make an agreement.
YanıtlaSilI could not get the part that you touch upon hikmet. sorry. but I want to give an answer about your argument even if I did not get exactly. If you had made a metaphor to the necessity of the marriage(I hope that this is what you mention about) I think as I specified above in my blog it depends on the decisions of the people's own willings. For instance according to some of the people marriage is just a bound which is created by government to manage their socities easily. Although there is some people think like that(maybe you are one of them if I don't understand in a wrong way) it does not adjust to my opinions about marriage. I think this term also carries a divine meaning and thanks to the this notion it gives couples tranquility. Furthermore these couples' oath forces them to be repcetful to each others lives in the same home and to save their loves in all cases. If they don't be succesful they can divorce I am not against the divorcing thing. However a family which is the result of marriage is a private thing and leds to people different from others and also divine.
