Gay marriage is also about justice. Homosexualism is not a preference unlikely many of the people's definition that shows homosexualism as a preference. It comes from the natures of human like having a different eye colour. Like how we cannot apply different constutional laws to the people who have different eye colour or different hair type, we also have to apply the same laws to the homosexuals especially about marriage issues. In one of our texts the definiton of marriage indicated as it is a union that has to be conducted between a man and a woman (or it was like that. I cannot remember right now). However such definition can only be related about religious beliefs. All we know that many of the religions don't have a positive look towards homosexual relations. Only a religious definition of marriage can be like that and maybe moreover it can be about marriage's divinity and respectfullness. Therefore this meaning cannot be appropriate for the secular countries. If a country is secular it's constitution also be secular and has to be fair all of the people in that country whatever their religous beliefs, races or sexual types.
Now I want to discuss the phanemennon of marriage. There are too many points of views towards this term. While some of the people finds marriage as divine and necessary for a secure, happy and longlasting life some of the people find it as an enforcement of governments. Many of the people in society see homosexualism as an opposite stance towards the prevalent ideas of the society. Therefore the people who think like that also advocate marriage is not appropriate for gays and lesbians because of the quite good approaches of the society towards marriage. Moreover according to these people homosexuals can make some social contracts instead of making a complete marriage if they want to feel themselves in security. However I really don't think like that. The government gives many many rights to the people who marry each other from using the same bank acount to health insurance. In the eyes of government married people play a different role when we compare them with single people. I think there are too many advantages that cannot be obtained by social contracts. So I think that if homosexual couples find marriage useful and necessarry for themselves they should marry and there shouldn't be any regulation which is against such marriages.
But I have a different opinion about the issue of adopting a child. Yes, there might be a fault of nature and some of the people in earth may be created in bodies which they feel themselves uncomfortable. However I think there is an ambiguity about the issue of adopting a child. Having two mom or two dad may affects the psychological life of this child differently then other children. First of all lets think the nature. It cannot be possible that two individual biological form who are in the same sexes give a birth to a new individual, to a child. (maybe there is some rare exceptions in nature but very very very commonly it is impossible) That is firstly this concept contradicts the nature. Secondly the deficiency of one figure in the life of a child may create emptinesses in his life. This means the lack of one essential role model. So it can affect the psychological life of the child. For instance a boy who grow up nearby only two woman may start to show effeminate behaviors or vice versa. Furthermore he can be alienated by his friends because of his parents because he is diffrerent than others and moreover his parents obviously show his adoptive identity.( all we know that little pretty children might be very cruel to each other) All these situations can create problems that affect the life of this child deeply. Thirdly there is not enough examples of homosexual couples who adopt a child, (because of it seems like dangerous psychologically and so it is illegal in so many countries) so we cannot be sure about this strange difference how can affect a child's life. Also because of that the research results about this psychological phanemennon can be very misleading. And finally as you see above when I mentioning the marriage thing between homosexual couples it just depends on the two mature adults own decisions and therefore there is no right for anyone to interfere such thing. But if we think a child, he is not an adult who can take own decisions.So to be adopting by a homosexual couple is not the child's choice. Thus it is necessary that the government have to be more sensitive on such adoption issues. I think for this adoption issue we cannot judge governments.
To sum up with when all of the things are taken into account love is not a wrong thing and if two people fall in love each other and want to marry each other they should marry without caring sexual prototypes of society. It is not an issue of other people in society because it does not affect other people lifes. So they don't have any right to interrupt such gay marriages. But I think for a homosexual couple adopting a child does not make sense to me and moreover I think it seems too dangerous for the life of the child who were adopted.
